Problem Note 48439: Global macro variables are incorrectly set within a workspace server

When creating macro variables within a Workspace server, the SAS Macro Facility incorrectly places a new macro variable, with the same name, in the wrong scope. The code to display all GLOBAL macro variables was also at times using the incorrect scope name when listing variables.
The workaround for this is to avoid using macro parameters with the same names as global macro variables.
